Dentist Job Overview

• Position: Associate Dentist / General Dentist (DDS/DMD)

• Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Practice Type: PPO / Fee-for-Service

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Includes:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $200,000

• Equivalent to approximately $1,000/day

• Production Compensation:

  • 32% collections up to $65,000/month

  • 35% collections after $65,000/month

• Partnership Opportunity after 12 months

• Additional incentives and performance-based bonuses

This associate dentist position allows doctors to practice comprehensive dentistry with excellent clinical support and mentorship available as needed.

• Crown & Bridge

• Restorative Dentistry

• Implant Placement

• Bone Grafting

• Extractions

• Posterior Endodontics

• Invisalign
