General Dentist – Blaine, MN | Large Sign-On Bonus

Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join a doctor-owned group practice in Blaine, MN. New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome. Enjoy mentorship, modern technology, a loyal patient base, and a large sign-on bonus.

Highlights:

  • Full-time, doctor-owned practice

  • Preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and basic surgical dentistry

Schedule: Mon–Fri (mix of morning and evening hours), select Saturdays with weekday off

Compensation: $155,000 – $250,000+ annually, plus incentives

Location: Blaine, MN – 20 min north of Minneapolis/St. Paul; excellent schools, parks, and recreation

Requirements: DDS/DMD, MN license (active or in-process), patient-focused care
