Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Caseload: Primarily adult patients
- Insurance: PPO/FFS only (No Medicaid/HMO)
Clinical Skills Preferred
- Implant placement and restoration
- Bone grafting procedures
- Crowns, dentures, and extractions
- Posterior endodontics
- Invisalign treatment
Technology & Office Info
- 6 modern operatories
- Software: Dentrix (fully digital)
- Equipment: Digital X-rays, iTero scanner, Pano, CEREC
- Future plans include CBCT and 3D printing
Team & Support
- 1 dentist (expanding team)
- 2 assistants per dentist
- 2 hygienists (third being added)
- 1–2 front desk team members
- Implant mentorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200,000 ($1,000/day)
- Production Bonus: 32% of collections up to $65K/month; 35% above that
- Ownership Track: Partnership available after 12 months
- Additional incentives and performance-based perks

Blue Jay’s client operates a well-established, 14-operatory pediatric dental office focused on whole-body, minimally invasive care. The practice uses modern equipment including digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and a Trios scanner, with mostly paperless charting via Eaglesoft. A dedicated team, a Pinnacle business framework, and a family-like culture create an environment ideal for mentorship, collaboration, and personal growth.
Patient Demographics
- Pediatric patients up to age 21
- 80% Medicaid, 15% PPO, 5% cash
Compensation and Benefits
- $1,000/day initial base (open to immediate percentage-based pay)
- 40% of collections (preferred compensation structure)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric-focused general dentistry, including exams, preventive care, and primary tooth extractions

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
