Position Overview

• Start Date: Open immediately
• Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
• Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Clinical Expertise Desired

• Crowns and dentures
• Implant placement and bone grafting
• Interest in learning surgical implant techniques

Patient & Practice Info

• Patient Base: Mostly adult population
• Insurance Model: PPO/FFS only (no Medicaid or HMO)
• Operatories: 6 modern rooms
• Charting: Dentrix (fully digital)

Technology & Tools

• Digital X-rays and panoramic imaging
• iTero scanner and CEREC system
• CBCT and 3D printing planned
• Willing to invest in new technologies based on need

Treatment Offered

• Restorative Dentistry (Crowns & Dentures)
• Implant Surgery & Restoration
• Extractions
• Posterior Root Canals
• Invisalign

Team & Support

• 1 lead dentist (with plans to expand)
• 2 dental assistants per provider
• 2 hygienists (adding a third soon)
• Front office team: 1–2 members
• Clinical mentorship in implants available

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $200,000 annually ($1,000/day equivalent)
• Bonus Structure: 32% of collections up to $65K/month; 35% above that
• Additional Benefits: Ownership track after 12 months, performance bonuses, and more
