Blue Jay Dental is partnering with a well-established rural practice in Whitehall, WI, seeking a general dentist to start ASAP. This is a great opportunity for a dentist of any experience level willing to provide comprehensive dental care in a diverse clinical environment. The previous dentist who is relocating was making $450,000, so this is a huge earning opportunity!

About Our Client

Our client is a rural dental office known for delivering comprehensive care where the dentist currently performs a full range of services including extractions, implants, endodontics, orthodontics, and IV sedation. The practice is equipped with modern technology including digital x-rays, CEREC, cone beam imaging, and implant motors.

Position Overview

• Full-time position, Monday through Thursday
• Opportunity to provide a wide variety of treatments including implants, orthodontics (brackets and wires), endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and extractions
• Modern facility with 5 operatories and 1 additional operatory plumbed and ready
• Paperless charting using Eaglesoft software
• State-of-the-art equipment including cone beam, CEREC, implant motors, endo apex locators, and IV sedation

Compensation

• Base salary between $150,000 and $200,000 to start
• Production-based pay at 30–35% of net production (not gross)
• Competitive benefits available
